How do I initiate screen sharing?
1. Tap on the Settings button in the menu.
if you are on a phone, press the Menu button to bring up the menu
2. Tap on the Technical Support button.
3. Type your message in the text field and then press the send button.
4. Someone from our Support team will respond to you.
5. If they request screen sharing, you will see the follow message:
*This will not only let the Support person see your screen, but it will enable your microphone and you will be able to speak to each other through your device.
The Support person may ask you to minimize the chat box. You will press this button to make that happen.
When you are done with the Screensharing session, please press the circular av button to restore the chat screen then press the End Session button:

If you accidentally minimize the chat dialogue, you can press the small circular av button, which by default moves to the lower right hand corner, but can be moved around by holding and sliding.
