Why aren't the Pictures or Forms that the Techs capture showing up in the Location Documents any longer?
If Dropbox was integrated with SuccessWare21 for a time, and now you no longer see the files or photos in the Location Documents, yet the Techs can still take Pictures and fill out Forms, please walkthrough the following list:

Storage limit Issue -
Dropbox could be full and the website should give you an indication of this. This could happen if you have the free account or if you have a lot of files.
How to point the Location Documents to the Dropbox folder -
21 > Setup > Company > ‘Other’ Tab > Edit Button > “Location Documents Setup…”
