Can I hide Item Categories from view in SWRemote?
You can log into our admin website and click Dashboard.
1. Click on Companies.
2. Scroll down until you see Item Categories.
3. Unchecking a Box will hide it from the view of the Technicians when they are looking through the Pricebook.
*NOTE The technicians will need to Restart SWRemote through the Task Manager to receive the new updates.

Disclaimer - Regardless of what is selected in the Item Categories section, if a technician types in the search field or scans an item number that is in one of those categories, it is searchable and then can still be added to the invoice.
The Item Categories checkboxes, when turned off restrict access to those Categories from the Catalog.
The Catalog is how the Techs can go in and select Line Items to add to the invoice if they don't know the Item Numbers or descriptions.
