Where do I update Job Status/Call Status?
You can update these in the Call Status menu in the Reference Library -
6. To create a new Call Status or edit an existing one, right click and choose "Modify Mode".
7. Then right click again and choose from the following options
8. Right Click to "Save" or "Cancel" changes.
*Note: If "Completed" or any other status is missing from the Timecard Dropdown status in SWRemote, it is most likely inactive and will need to be set to active within the Reference Library.
9. The Final Steps to make these changes appear in SWRemote & then on the Devices are found by clicking HERE.
