To install Mobile Technician on your iOS/Android device, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the home screen and tap the App Store or Play Store icon (to install Mobile Technician on your iOS device, you must have an Apple account).
- In the search box in the top-right corner, type "SWRemote" and hit the "Search" key on the virtual keyboard.
- Select "SWRemote" from the list.
- Hit the "INSTALL" button.
- Hit the "OPEN" button once the installation is completed.
- Type in the registration Username and Password (Hint: these are your credentials for logging into admin.swremote.com)
- Enter a Device name.
- Tap the Register button.
- Enter the login credentials for the technician.
Please note that for security purposes, these login credentials cannot be given out; the operations manager at your office should perform this step.
