The invoice number field box can be changed in Step 4 - Invoice. All the Tech needs to do is tap on the text field box and use the electronic keyboard to change the invoice number.
The invoice number can be found on any device in the upper left corner, directly below the Scan and +Item buttons
Letters can only be added to the beginning, not the end of the Invoice #, for example:
