How can I take a payment in multiple forms in SWRemote?
At this time, it is not possible to send through multiple forms of payment on one invoice through SWRemote or SuccessWare21
SWAPI communicates with the Payment Manager, which SuccessWare21 only accepts a single payment, which is tied to a single invoice. Some clients have said that it is possible inside of SuccessWare21, but the way it is being accomplished is by applying payment to the customer and not the individual invoice. This is currently outside the scope of SWAPI and is currently not available.We have a workaround available that will allow the techs to send through the partial payment in one format and make note of the other format: https://swremote.zendesk.com/entries/22401340
